All new solida teak interior was installed in 1994, all new A/C system, engines overhauled, a new 16 KW generator, new dinghy, new paint job and extensive parts inventory. All of this costed over $500,000 US then, approximately $750,000 US now. The price that is offered is well below replacement cost. This yacht has been in Palma de Mallorca since new and in Club de Mar since 1986.
